Open Day of the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering at the Water Centre

        On 29th March 2022, from 10.00 to 14.00, the Open Day of the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering was held at the Water Centre. The Open Day were in the hybrid form: stationary and remote.

        Candidates could familiarise themselves with the following courses offered by the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering:

+ Landscape Architecture,

+ Construction,

+ Water Engineering and Management,

+ Environmental Engineering,

+ Environmental Protection.

       There were presentations and lectures on courses offered by the Faculty in Lecture Room No 1 and Lecture Room No 2. Candidates could learn about admission rules, threshold points, available fields of study, learning conditions, career possibilities after graduation, possibilities of additional development and student research groups and scientific circles operating at the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering. Information on various cyclic events (the Builder’s Day, the Ecological Engineer’s Day, the Ursynalia Warsaw Student Festival, Days of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences) and organisations available at the whole university (student and sports clubs, various music bands) was also provided. Candidates also participated in lectures delivered by specialists representing various fields of construction and environmental engineering. Candidates also saw the stands of courses, talked with students and employees of the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering and the Water Centre. They visited the Water Park.
