The Water Centre’s employees took part in the training of academic staff as part of the project organised by the Office for Teaching Excellence of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences from 24th June to 25th July 2023.(Szkolenie dla kadry akademickiej).

       Dr inż. Katarzyna Gabryś, dr inż. Agnieszka Hejduk, dr inż. Ilona Małuszyńska, dr inż. Olga Szlachetka took part in the training as part of the tutor school.

       The participants had practical classes and workshops, gaining knowledge and skills that enabled them to implement the tutoring process at the university during the training lasting 64 hours.

       Tutoring is a method of learning whose main purpose is to support a person’s development. A tutor helps students recognise their potential and abilities and plan their development in accordance with the set goals.
