The Conference on Modern Road Pavements – Recycling in Road Pavement Structures, organised by the Road and Bridge Research Institute, was held for the first time in Warsaw on 18th October 2023. The aim of the conference was to present research, scientific, and technical work related to recycling in road construction, as well as interesting practical experiences. The conference was attended by representatives of contractor companies, design offices, road managers, research workers, and students. The Water Centre of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences was represented by dr inż. Katarzyna Gabryś. She presented a paper entitled ,,Shear modulus and damping ratio of recycled concrete aggregate from cyclic torsional shear test”.
